dawg, i know mark doesnt sell the best equipment, i took the link to the website, and i never said that he did, i said i was glad he didnt. i find it interesting that a person invloved in the marketing and distribution side of things would start this thread. i would never stand in my store and say sir, dont buy those speakers because the laws of diminishing returns indicate that that purchase would be fiscally irresponsible. when i responded as i did i, did it because he replied like i should know him, uhm....i blah blah blah kankar marketing, i responded the same way uhm..... sorry ive never heard of you, and brandon, you should have taken a far better look and listen to f#1 components, 500 bucks, have you ever seen how much the revalator tweeters are, i noticed that you said you saw the f#1, but did you hear them, unlikely or you would have said so, and if you had heard them, you wouldnt say they are overpriced. i agree that there are laws of diminishing returns, i question how much it applies here, i think we all have to remember that we are employed in the 12 volt industry, it our livelyhood, do you think a guy selling a lamborghini for say 500,000$ would tell his customer that he could sell him a porsche for half as much that would be 90% as fast, assuming that the deal had equal amount of $$$ in it, very unlikely, i think we have to remember why we are here and think about wheather the laws of diminishing returns applies to us, maybe this should be in the viod

 

thats exactly my point hobbes26, alpine usa, who has worked with scanspeak many times in the past, approached them to build the f#1 status components for them based on design criteria set forth by alpine, those are facts.
