I've preached this over and over again. For setup/tuning and bang for the buck, the P9 CANNOT be beat. Eclipse does not come close to the flexibility. The Pioneer P9 deck sounds very very good. Don't be fooled just because it says Pioneer on it. At the end of the day it's your installation that will kill you and having those extra abilities to tune (via the P9) is what will make or break your system. I've yet to see anyone build a system that does not need to be tuned somehow. The next setup down the line I would say would be the Rockford 8250 on Sounddomain coupled with an Arc Audio DXE.

Those decks are probably not what fozz is looking to spend but they are all solid decks.
I'm biased though...I like decks that don't have all the fancy stuff on them and usually that means there expensive for some stupid reason....I'll leave the fancy stuff for the proccessor.

how does the drx9575 with the dph7500 compare to the drx9255.I have a deal for $350 for the combo and wonder how good it is and if its worth it.not trying to steal the thread
