iasca sq rules...site not working

iasca sq rules...site not working
anyone else notice you can't get the SQi or any other .pdf rules from the website or is it just me...

ya, unless i'm going to the wrong place
but i'm login' in going to competition formats and then SQi,
object not found when i click on it
