New speaker amp questions.

In my suv I am going to have only two component speakers (both up front). At first I was going to get the 4 channel infinity amp (so it matches my sub amp) but I realized never will I use more than two channels. So I was looking at a two channel amp which is $70 cheaper. I want the cheaper amp but I read that it has a frequency response of 10-69khz and the more expensive amp has a 10-100khz frequency response. On average, would I be missing any important frequencys on songs? Would there be a noticable difference if I did not have these frequencies?

if you were a bat, dog or some other animal with super hearing. Unfortunately us humans, particularly adults, have a hard time hearing anything over about 18 khz(18000 hz), so basically any amp that has pretty flat response(+/- 3dB) up to or beyond 20 khz should be fine. If your two channel is good to 69 khz, then you are more than o.k. Hope that helps you save some money.

Do I understand that you will have 2 pairs of component spearkers or only one pair:
If you have 2 pairs, that means 2 sets of 2 woofers + 2 tweeters = 4 woofers and 4 tweeters, then yes, get the infinity 4 channel.
Even with only 2 pair, you can get the 4 channle amp and run the mids and highs separately. Or just be prepared for a future upgrade to electronic crossovers that are built in to many head units such as Alpine or Clarion or othes.
