Sound is cutting out!

So i have my 12 inch JL audio in my truck with a Hifonics 1000 watt amp. Everything was going good, great bass, everything ive always wanted!

Now when i turn everything on all i get from my sub is a crackaly sound. sound is going in and out. really no bass at all. Just a crackling noise going with the music somewhat. This also happens with my 2, 10 inch kenwoods that i tested to see if possibly my JL 12 but blowen. Its not though, because sometimes the system works, other times i just get this darn noise. Sounds like there is a bad connection somewhere or somthing. Ive looked all around and cant seem to find the fix. Any suggestions on what could cause this?

Peace!

Alright, thanks for the help. Fixed the problem.

The fuse right by the battery was disconnected from the wire; had to have been only 2mm. This i guess caused a connection. Fixed that up and everything goes now 2 10". 1 12". 1000 watt hifonics amp. capacitor. new deck. And a load of neons. Im set!

Thanks
