I'm just going to post some advice for people rebuilding the interior of their car/truck.

After each stage of panel installation, take a test drive to see if anything is rattling.

I'm finding out the hard way about this and I don't want other people to share my frustration. I have heavily modified the interior of my car, so there are a lot of pieces that went back in differently than before. For example, I've cut some panels to fit around new pieces, or removed factory sound deadening to make room for aftermarket stuff. What I'm saying is that this changes the way that things fit, and sometimes not for the better.

I've now got to remove 7 panels and trim pieces in the back of my car to fix one panel that creaks over bumps.

Learn from this people, take a test drive after a few pieces go in.

Thanks for the advice. Granted it's not always easy to test between mods, I personaly test to make shure it's improved as planed. I always say plan ahead and go slow.

The other route is to install the absolute minimum in your system design and then tackle the rattles and stuff on a source by source basis.
