Those cars would still kick *** without TA. But TA does make them better. Tell me Pete, does the car you drive have a computer in it. Do you use a snowboard with any composites in them. Every one rags on certain technologies in every industry. Look at High Performance cars. All the muscle car guys rag on imports nowadays, but really what they are doing is no different than Edelbrock or Holley or Yenko were doing in the 60's, using the available techniques and technologies to make things work better.

It's like people who say NOS is fake HP, that's no consolation when you're at the finish line behind the other guy.

Same thing with TA, at a comp it's easy to say, people who use it are lazy (which I would argue) but that's no consolation when they're onstage and you're not.

Like I said use the tools available, and you will get better results.

I would still be intersted to see exactly how much a difference made in the top finishing cars and if there would be any changes in how they ranked if it was not used.

I am not against the use of TA by any means. I understand its just another tool to help your system. Like I said, I guess I am old school.

 

Yes, for sure. Your system should be sounding incredible before TA is used.
