2002 Escalade Deck and Amp install

Hey Guys,
I got an 02 escalade
Now I want to install my system...any tips?
I heard I have to drill through the firewall?
and I have a Bose system...Do I need any moduals etc..?

Yes, you need a module. PAC & Soundgate make the proper one for the cadillac. Metra makes a cheappy imitation.

And my last 2 chevys had enough room in existing grommets to add a 0 ga. wire.
