Or if all that doesnt work u can buy a kit to relocate your factory deck and I believe you don't lose anything. I had that option with my Z24 but I said no get rid of it I just want one deck hooked up. lol

2000 GMC fullsize won't have the class 2 databus system. Be careful with your advice, the system in the full size trucks is far more integrated into the vehicle than the system in the Cavalier.

yeah the databus is something i dont like to mess with. its module, relocate or no install.

In my 05 Jimmy, when I removed the factory deck I still retained the 10 min feature, with no extra harnesses or anything.

that's the last of the GM trucks that don't use Class 2 decks.

Yup, Jimmy isn't going to be around much longer I guess so they never did get it to the class 2 system.
