Ground your head unit to the car somewhere in the dash instead of the factory wire harness. If that doesn't work start a new thread describing your whole setup and problem.

If you can get out to Mississauga or Brampton this Saturday ( not sure where it will be done yet) I am going to be doing an install and will take a look for you if you want to stop by.

Thanks for the offer, but this weekend is my son's birthday, so I will be busy.
I might take you up on it later though if I cant get it figured out.
