Hey guys, I am been cursed with this monsoon sound system in my 2000 Jetta and I just got a idea which I think would work extremely well and help me a great deal to save me the time of re wiring the whole car when I swap out the monsoon amp, here it goes... I have my rca coming directly off my head unit into my electronic crossover and then into my amp for subs and then my amp for mids... If I can find a wiring diagram for the monsoon harnesses, if I cut the speaker leads coming out of the monsoon amp and wire them directly to the output on the amp for my mids that I will be running my components from do you think this would work???? Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the monsoon amp that they would be willing to share with me?? I mean hell since the wires are coming to the amp and out of the amp in the trunk, why bother running new wires when the wires are already accessible IN THE TRUNK.... All I need now is the wiring diagram for the monsoon amp... Been searching everywhere!

Any insight / thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Hey thanks for the link Jeep but I dont think thats what I am looking for... Basically I am just trying to find the easiest way to run the speakers in the doors off of a aftermarket amp in the trunk without having to re wire it all... I know it can be done if I had the wiring diagram for the monsoon amp harnesses as to which color wires are which speakers + and -... I guess if I pull all of the doors off and look at the color of the wires going in, that would work...
