Well i just finished ripping my old system out of my car(84 Z-28). I want to go bigger and louder without having to file my back seat under the "G". Before i had 4 10's,5.25 in the front with tweets as well as 6x9's in the pillars.

I would like to keep the original box witch all four fit into, and build a second box(oh i forgot tomention the three amps 2,1000's,& a 200)to fit 4 more, or should i just scrap it alltogeter and go with four 12's, if they'll fit.

If you guys have any ideas any at all, shoot em out.
Ideas about wheather i should stick to clarion or go with something else, da da da da da.

I did my '91 GTA with 4" comps in the dash location and 6.5" midbass in the doors. The imaging with the comps was excellent but you have to take the time to use the windshield effectively by trying different positioning with the drivers. I also added two 12's in the rear well and I was hitting 144 with a low power sq system.
You can't do too much cutting in the factory dash locations unless you modify the venting in there but it can be done easy enough.
I would put a good high power 5 1/4 comp set in custom kicks and add a 6.5 midbass in the doors.
Throw in a quality amp that will do ~100x4rms and you're set.
For bass four 10's will rock. They'll fit straight across without any mods. You can do four 12's but you will have to build it up higher and put them in a slightly curved configuration.
I would build it up as high as you can (only ~2.5cu.ft. is available in the well) and run four 10's or 2 12's ported with lot's of power.

You have a good system now but if you want more it may be time to move to something higher quality than Clarion has to offer.
