Pioneer AVH-P4400BH install

Hello, I am attempting to install a pioneer AVH-P4400BH into a 2008 jeep grand cherokee. I wanted to know with regards to wiring:
This is my first install so any help is appreciated!

1) Do I have to cut the attachment clip from my in car wiring unit in order to use the included harness and wire directly to the new wires, or is there a harness that attaches from the car harness to the new unit so that you do not have to cut off the clip? I have no steering wheel controls in case that helps.
2) My factory unit I removed was wired for satellite radio. I know this pioneer unit is satellite ready, so is there something else I need to attach back there ven if my car is already set up for sat radio?

Thanks!

The wire harness that comes with the pioneer goes into the pioneer.

Use this Scosche CR04B Wire Harness to Connect an Aftermarket Stereo to plug into the wire in your vehicle, then join the two together with connectors or solder and insulate each joint, also you will need this to connect yout antenna Scosche VWA3B Antenna Adapter for 1997-up Audi, BMW and
