hey guys I bought a 2011 Silverado and the p4400bh is in it, it seems like everything is hooked up correctly but it shows this message, and they touch screen, buttons on front, and remote is not responding. any ideas?

it has a pac os-4 interface in it. the SWC Interface
Connection has a blue and yellow wire coming off of it but is not connected to anything and looks like it once was.??? could that be the problem?
