Hi. My name is brandon. I am thinking of suppeing up my car in sound. I have a great cd deck so im fine there. Now Im just asking what kind of amp should i get if i get a 10" 600 watt pioneer subwoofer? im really confused/ I need to no what kind of wires to get too. PLZ HELP ME.

 

Grab a mono class D amp that puts out ~600RMS into whatever final load your sub gives (4 ohm coil(s)? 2 ohm coil(s)?). That pioneer sub wouldn't be bad to start with, but you could do better depending on your budget and taste. You'd probably be alright with 4 gauge power/ground wire, but the bigger the better. You'll need RCA wires too for signal from the deck to the amp, a remote wire, and some speaker wire (say 12 gauge or around there).
