RF bridgeable mono amps.....
LMAO... I've never seen the cord or anything... but it sounds like an expensive RCA cable to me... All the 'strappable' amps I know of have the circuitry that matches gain and switches phase built into the amp.
Hey Altima- the only other advantage to bridging the amps in this manner is that you will lower your IR losses compaired to if you used the 2amps at 2ohms each.
Um, if gains or phase arn't matched %100 it won't hurt anything but the actual output to the speaker. If you are bridging amps in parrallel, thats when you have to be carefull...

Well, as of now, I've abandonned the tought of adding a 2nd 1000bd.... I was more curious of what the advantages were, and as it appears I was somewhat right. Either way, it would be too much of a strain on my already nearly maxed out electrical system. I already have a 1000bd, a 550S and a 350S all running...
