Okay as this is my first install i am wondeirng about my sub position as of right now i just have it free pushed to the back of my trunk(closest to the front of the car) and the amp is just lying in the trunk. what i was thinking would be a neat idea would be to mount the subs to the back of the rear seat. they are already in a box so i was just thinking about mounting the box and than putting the amp under the subs. has anybody done something with this?? what problems might arise. thanks alot in advance

One thing to consider is amp cooling. It's always good to leave your amp(s) some room to 'breathe'. Good luck with the install. Cheers.
