Like i said the police will not tell you unless u say it is you're vehicle.At which point u assume all responsibility for what ever it was involved in. Which i have no idea and dont care. i just dont want it coming back on me in anyway.


And yes i sold him the car but in alberta you only need 1 hand written bill of sale for the buyer, seller does not need anything.. So thats where im curious, cause hes sayin i never sold it to him , hence i asked if a witness would help me....
