Has anyone here ever built a subwoofer for their home computer? I am thinking of building one using like an Adire Audio Shiva and a parts express plate amp to help compliment my Klipsh 2.1 promedia computer speaker set. Any tips or forums on this kinda stuff?

Thanks

Wouldn't be hard you can buy them 3 way setups from Solen where you have like 50*2 for satalites and like 100rms or somethin for a sub.

I've got 2 10" cheapo subs in a big ported box... running maybe a total of 20 RMS, but I had to block the port cause it was a wee bit too loud... actually, I don't even use them anymore since I got the 6.1 system I now use. all I did was take an old 2X10" cabinet that had a tweeter in it, pulled out the blown tweeter, cut in a 3" port, and cut the amp from my old logitech speakers (3 ch plate amp) into the back of the cabinet.
