New guy, will be lurking.

My name is Haukur (Hawk), I´m from Iceland. I´m 23 years old and I have a ´97 Toyota Land Cruiser KZJ95 and a ´91 Toyota Corolla Touring AE95 (4wd wagon). I work for a trucking company and do night club and private party security from time to time.

I have DLS UR6 components in the front, the 6.5" woofers in the stock door locations and the tweeters in custom pods on the A-pillars. In the back I have 6.5" Alpine Type-S co-axials in the doors to give a little rear fill. All doors are insulated with a product similar to Dynamat. I´m currently looking for a amp for the DLS components, any suggestions?

The Corolla has really pimping, old Jensen 4" speakers in the dash.

I had a Tornado Red VW Golf mk3 with a fiberglass enclosure and two 12" Alpine Type-S subs, Type-S components in the front and a shitload of sound deadening. It had Harlequin seats and nice Borbet Type A replicas. I had high hopes of a SQ build but I sold it to have money for school.

I don´t plan on any big audio install in my Land Cruiser. It´s a glacier wheeling rig so I need room for equipment and my dogs. I strive to make modifications look like they´re factory options. I need a good system but it has to be inconspicuous, and safe from boots, snow and water.

I´m just here to stay up to date with car audio, to ****** up good ideas and maybe ask a question once in a while.
