I throw one in at 8:00 am with a few carrots potatoes and an onion, dash of seasoning, and set it to low. By the time I come home at about 5:30 pm, it's all ready to go. The meat just falls off the bones.

Just thought I'd let ya'll know,I got fed up and went ahead and threw 'er in the cooker. It wasnt tottally frozen, just the inner core...
So anyway...Threw it in at about 1:15ish and put it on high...by about 5 pm,looked done,so I poked it with a fork and it basiclly fell to peices...some of the best chicken I've ever had...
BTW...I threw in about 5 cups of water with it as well....When the chicken was done,I tossed some rice in the broth and now have some chicken flavoured rice as well....
Good Bday meal for me....oops...did I say that?LOL
