^ Because thats 100% legal. It's only the front side windows or any window forward of the driver's shoulders that is illegal to modify and make darker from what the manf. supplied the car with.

 

only 100% legal "if" you have 2 side mirrors

 

thing you need in/on your car 2 working mirrors ,1 horn ,you do not need a speedo
if you are a class #4 you need an axe

 

i never understood how something can be illegal that you can purchase or apply in a shop. another cop "cash cow".

 

Is it so difficult to understand that tint fines exist primarily for officer safety? Like perhaps when your car gets stolen it might be beneficial to the officer who pulls it over to be able to see if there's a gun pointed at him on the other side of the window?

I think the fine's like $105. The first time I got busted for the thing the cop was curtious enough to rip my tint off and give me a ticket. I'm disputing the fine amount.

 

I can't tell you for sure what the % is exatcly, but if I can get a car from the dealer with tint on the front windows, then as long as you don't go any darker than the dealer would on the front windows, you're fine... and any cop can gladly argue with me about it, I have won everytime in that senario...
