I got this spyware that is driving me crazy. I have Norton 2005 and my OS is Windows XP Pro.

i have W32.Sinnaka.A@mm.

what ever that is and when ever i open my home page its "about:blank" and it directs me to http://www.security2k.net/.

it was even hard for me to sign up on the forum i had to press "stop" so that it wouldn't direct me to anywhere else.

well here's what it shows.

I have had good luck with the Microsoft Antispyware Beta program. As long as your OS is authentic, you should have no problems downloading it.

I have spybot S&D and it didn't help as well as as-aware. I am trying something Shaughn sent me a link for. Hopefully all will go well although I am told this is a really nasty one and I am have to delete stuff from my registry which is something I am not used to doing.

Shaughn gave me that link. I am working on it now. The registry stuff is alittle time consuming and tough to figure out but hopefully it will work.

I know I am on the right track if both of you suggested this tactic.
Thank you.
