Small Hijack (apologies): As long as you have the box design program open for the OP, any chance you could for me as well? I've tried using a few of the box programs, but I'm not that good at it yet.

I'll thank you in advance & hope you have the time.

Requirements: Hard, Loud, clean bass. No rumbly crap, I hate it. Is there such a thing as a ported box that doesnt rumble?

Subs rated for 350 wrms each (have 2) Amp is PDX1.1000 rated at 1197 wrms.
Space: Up to 40" wide, 22" long, 24" high. A bit bigger on height / width is ok. I prefer a wedge so the subs are firing at a 45 degree angle instead of into the back seat (small SUV Ford Escape)

Mat: 3/4 MDF except for baffle, 1" there.

i guess thats a good idea, i dont know anything about subs so yeh

mounting depth: 12.3 cm
mounting cutout: 23.5cm
sealed box volume: 1 to 2.4 cu. ft.
ported box volume: 1.25 to 1.75 cu. ft.
