Subwoofer/amp problem?
Last night I was driving home. I turned down the music to answer a phone call, and I noticed a ticking sound coming from both the subwoofers. When I turn the music up however it would go away. Does anyone know what could be wrong? it was playing good before that.
Thanks

Cell phones will interfere with most car electronics. Don't put your cell phone near your head unit. It will make noise if you have it near your amps too, but i don't usually have the cell in the trunk.
At home, i keep my cell near my sub so it warns me before it rings.

LOL yeah see the thing is.... after I answered the phone call, the ticking noise still comes.... So I turned my phone off, and still heard the ticking noise from the sub. When I turn the volume up 25% I hear a loud "thud" noise. If you turn the volume up to 50% the ticking noise goes away and the subs play perfectly
