That sounds better to me. Plus you won't be removing so much structure from the cab.

Just need to get an air saw. Should be here Monday. Where's a good place to get a boot. The one i have isn't the best way of doing it. I seen them online that look a whole lot better then the style I have.

Would fiber-glass work as a boot?

no it needs to be flexible... the box and cab of a truck move independantly from each other.

I have seen acordian boots at most places that sell truck toppers... they are used for going between the back window of the truk and front window of the topper. I'm not sure what you have in your area... I'm pretty sure van and truck world in london sells them. You buy it by the foot if I remember right.

I have a boot from a transport I got from my uncle but it screws into place instead of a friction fit. I'd go to London but I hate London with a passion. Personnal thing. Wonder if vechile venture in Windsor sells it. Hrmmm.

As mentioned, most topper places and some RV places should have it.

its a bit bumpy but for demo it will be great... this is 6th order... or you can even do a 4th order... less complicated and smoother response but wont have the same impact when it hits the lows
ill send specs in pm
its a BIG box
