6 15's, blowthrough on 2k. Mid 50's? MTA read this.
You really have 34" from the front of the bed to the front of the wheel well? That seems like too much
IMO you are going to want at least 1.5" up from floor of the bed to the cutout. The bottom of the box is going to be 3/4" and then you need about 1/2" for the boot lip to grab onto.
I would rather live with a protrusion in the rear of the cabinet (for the wheel well) than run the V that tight - but that's just me.
If I were the one building it, I would make the two baffles first. What ever your height is by 36" long with the woofers pretty much side by side. This will give you a couple of extra inches of width on each end of the baffle that you can trim off if need be. Then climb into the bed and position the baffles roughly where they work out the best. Leave a space in the neck 6" wide for the vent. This will help you visualize how it is all going to fit together. Once you get it where you want it, measure where all of the edges wind up being and proceed from there. Things change a lot from paper to a physical mockup - trust me, I'm going through this with my own car right now

He's waiting on me... not to be dick, but I have other things that need to get done other than just sitting here working on Stacey's designs, including my own box for regionals on the 26th.
I'll try to get on your new requirements sometime today Stacey.
