Got the other woofer grille done. Took alot less time to finish then the first one. As you can see in the only pic that turned out I have the first grill onto the next step.

It has been way to hot out to want to go out and work on anything. Plus I had to replace the stabilizer bar linkage and stabilizer bar mounts on the truck today, and rewire the crane on my work truck yesturday. I'll try get the other grille wrapped like the first one and add a couple layers of glass on them later tonight.

got the one grill glassed with 2 layers, when it's cured I can trim it and start making my mounting points then mold it into the enclosure.

the grills will be removable, I'm planning on using grill guides to mount them.

More updates!!

got both grills finished. I also cut out some plexi glass, it will sit between the grill and the box. I will be inserting green LED to lite the glass.

I think they will be more then strong enough. there is lots of space for air displacement to get through the grills. Plus there is going to be a little mor kitty hair added. The orions are only 250 rms each, and they are only going to see 400rms.
