very easy, the visonik 12" woofer that you can get at xcess cargo ,v8212d, look at the parameters, strong bl, low fx, tons of linear excursion, decent sinsitivity and the things sound plain old bad, i have seen quite a few of these(xcess cargo in muy area sells lots) som my experience isnt based on 1 woofer in one vehicle. if you require more examples i can give you them. by your reasoning, if the parameters on paper will tell you if speaker is any good, will a good computer program not tell you if the box will sound good, you can print the design onto paper. btw are you saying that leap is always wrong, is this not the same program that all respectable woofer companies use for enclosure analysis or do they build a hundred boxes untill they get it right and then print box suggestions.

you asked for a speaker with good t/s parameters that doesnt sound very good and i gave it to you, now you debate the validity of the parameters you try use as a guide to how good a speaker is by saying that published parameters might be untrue, so you really cant tell if a speaker is good by the parameters because they might be manipulated by the manufacturer to seems better than they really are, unless im missing something in this discussion. you stated that you can tell if a speaker is going to sound good by looking at certain parameters, and that i really question, and so you must as well if the parameters we get arent right, is there 2 haunz' replying because you seem to say something in one post and something different in the next, kinda like bizarro huanz(for those who dont know what im talking about bizarro is from a seinfeld episode)
