I'm running a custom true dual set up. I got them to cut the flange off the Y-pipe and weld on two new pipes going into each their own muffler, which are flopro's. And then going out to the back, which exit like so.
Sorry for the bad pic, i can't take pictures.

My price range for the system is variable, i would like to progressively get the components, like right now, I'm just looking at front door speakers, as mine are garbage, i don't know why they don't give good sound, they sound like their blown when ever bass comes, but they're not blown...

JL has the thinnest woofer for a shallow as possible application, but as true with all jl products, its price is outrageous. 2.5inches, 13inch woofer that takes 500rms. Its an amazing sub for being that shallow, but again, very pricey. If its in your pricerange.... id suggest that over any shallow.

I'm not a huge fan of the insane bass in my truck, i just want some bass so it makes the songs sound better. I'm a huge fan of saving money! So, the least expensive(cheap is a bad word). Looks do not matter, i just want functionality. And the most space saving. If you're wondering why I'm not a fan of large bass, i hate it when vehicles rattle. It's a thing i hate, i want my truck to stay solid in the interior.

i put 2 MTX slim 10" on 400watts rms in a dodge ram 02 i think slim boxes under the seat and its not over the head bass but sounds very nice. but at 279 each they aint that cheap. but does do the job nicely... just something to look at also

I have the subs you need, shallow mount pioneers at a price that is "less expensive".

Clarions 10" shallow mount sounds better than the pioneer forsure. IF you can get your hands on the clarions, i would strongly suggest thoes over the pioneer. 1 of thoes would be plenty fine for what you are looking for.

Build the doors with some monster midbass drivers and get some bass shakers.
