I would choose the MTX if I didnt care about price and was thinking of resale value.

No one really knows or would pay much for a used exile amp.

However for the price difference, you coulnd't tell a 50watts rms difference. So the exile is the better deal.

I am cheep I would choose the exile.

First off I enjoy the ricer blue leds :P Plus I'm saving $70 over the MTX.

I buying these cost by the way, so I'll be paying **LESS** for the EXILE.
