Alright well does anyone know where I can get one of these powerline regulators? I have called all the local places without any luck

 

I called abir auto marine, they only have 1 model powerline adjustable regulator and it only does 1 set voltage, the price is $279. So that isn't going to work.

Is there a way I can set the external regulator on an ohio generator to 16-18v and then build a resitive circuit to drop the main car circuit down to 12-14v?
