I did not mean to inadvertently call YOU an *** . This would be a reason for people to be "stand offish" though and not ask for help. Offish, is that even a word [img]smile.gif[/img] .

Oh ok thats kool man sorry but like i said if you work in car audio there are alot of guys/girls that just waste time and it is just [img]graemlins/bs.gif[/img]

Adam -- "always take a stab" -- just because someone looks like a "dead customer" does not mean they are -- I did with a guy yesterday who was "just looking" and he walked out with a T5002 (of course )


PS -- someone "just looking" is really saying they haven't met a good enough salesperson yet [img]graemlins/beer.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/headbang.gif[/img]

If the person walked into the store, they obviously want/need something, so ALWAYS "take a stab" at least greet the client with some form of enthusiasm (not as you rub your hands together saying "may I help you?"), if you don't have the time to serve them tell them you are helping "a PAYING customer" , they'll understand not to waste your time.
