AQ used to make good subs and for a decent price. but i believe a lot of people say the recones to them are now?

but if im wrong about that then AQ might be something u wanna check into

Oh man, buy what you want, all these major manufacturers put up decent equipment. Crap, even the bottom end MTX subs I was holding for people which I would pound on with double the recommended power took them like champs.
Personally, I've used Kicker for years and years and years and I will continue to do so. Though I'm running a JL sub right now.
I'll pretend my ear can tell the difference, because honestly it can't. My wallet can.

 

Kicker and MTX are great options too. I've ran MTX woofers for years.
