You can get big bass pretty cheap buying used, I got:

05 RE XXX 12 $350/$1200 new
Visonik 1500W $250/probably $600 new

Plenty of bass.

buy used = buy local or buy from a respected seller. I don't deal in used so unfortunately I can't help you.
