Even if you don't sell them something the opportunity comes up when what the bought did't work so if your on your A game make a sale!

If they take it back get it sorted out do your re-install and again more labour

It does suck but at the same time it dosent
I know you can up sell but it just becomes a pain in the *** because now you have twice the time invested into that vehicle and it then pushes back all the other installs you have to do.

I agree with what MR2NR is saying and I fully get it. People are quick to turn their backs on the locals but sure step up when its for free.

Reality is, I’m sure the alarm isn’t costing Selective Sound a ton of money, even if there are haters applying, those same haters may be passing on the good word of Selective Sound and what the site doing this. All he needs is a couple sales to make it worth it. Those sales may translate to lifelong customers.

I offer up a user database of 7000 users to be emailed for something they can win for free, no ticket required, no strings attached. Selective Sound gets a ton of exposure to the demographic he caters too (which all of you cater too).

Everyone is happy at the end of the day.

I too don’t care much for the ebay buyers or people sending people away from the site to shop else where. I want people to buy from my vendors, only natural.

Note: the giveaway is now 8 pages long with over 500 views in less than 24 hours.

Speaking of EBAY

A kid came in with a supremely douched AVICN2 -- he asked how much to fix, our tech said @ $400 -- turns out he bought it on EBAY from a local guy for $800 and now he is arguing with the guy over WHO should pay... LOL you get what you pay for....
