Hey, I'm looking at powering two Sony 10" SVC subs with this:

Please let me know if this will suffice and is a decent enough quality for the price. As well, I am relatively new to this, am I able to hook both subs up to one monoblock?

That amp will be fine for the setup you are planning. Those subs should be SVC 4ohm so together in parallel the amp should see a 2ohm load.
