Suggestions for 2 chnl amps??

You're going to find that many low-power sub amps are going to do max power at 2ohm (not where you want it). This will make a bridged class A/B amp a great fit (especially since at 400rms efficiency isn't going to be a concern).

thanks for the reply and the suggestion, I have looked a bit at 2 chnl amps but I thought that mono block amps were better on subs??? If you have any amps in mind that might work with the above mentioned subs I would love to here about them.

so of the above suggested amps, the PowerBass looks good also the Memphis amp, but there is no bridgeable rms info about the Memphis???. also the JL looks good at 14.4v, but not as strong at 12.5v?
how do u get to 14.4 v??
# RMS Power Rating (@ 14.4V):
* 4 ohms: 110 watts x 2 chan.
* 2 ohms: 180 watts x 2 chan.
* Bridged, 4 ohms: 360 watts x 2 chan.

# RMS Power Rating (@ 12.5V):
* 4 ohms: 90 watts x 2 chan.
* 2 ohms: 140 watts x 2 chan
* Bridged, 4 ohms: 280 watts x 2 chan.
The JL looks like a good match if I can get it at 14.4v.
How do I do this???

Most vehicles when running are around the 13.5-14.4v range. Just take the CEA ratings or higher voltage ratings whenever given as the truer number for output.
The "2" on the memphis is a typo. It should be a 1.
Lot's of great used choices as well. I see there's some RF T400.2's for sale on this forum and they're studs of an amp. Rated at 400rms at 4ohm it's likely closer to 500rms.

hi again, I think i am going to go with the, JL Audio JX360/2 (JX3602) 360W RMS, 2-Chan Class A/B JX Amplifier. hat seems to be a great fit and wiring it down to 4 ohms bridged will get the most from the amp and the speakers. Thank you again for your insight into these issues.
