Screen is readable and if the bluetooth has to be set up every time, someone is installing the system wrong. That said there is a new eclipse model, the CD5030 that is coming.......still waiting..... in very short order.

Ya I feel your right about the eclipse CD3200 , back in 2001 I had bought a Eclipse deck and I really liked the look and feel of it and when I looked on eclipse web site it was my first choice. I sent you a PM about the deck I'll take it!
I spend a lot of time in my Jeep so most likely I'll be wanting to change the speakers and maybe get a amp as you suggest, what should I keep in mind or look at or for?

I will go up to the local Jeep dealer and find out where we can stash a amplifier and to verify the speaker size. Then we can proceed to look at some options for you.

I know the speaker size is 6x9, I found this out from the Jeep forums. I use my Jeep as a work truck so the back seats are always folded down and the back is full of tools if that helps any when trying to figure out a place for a amp. How big would a amp be?
Oh and thanks for the help, I really appreciate it!

This is why I would like to go to the dealer, I will take some amps up there with me and see where I can stash them.

I can hook you up with a good used amp if interested. Hit me up this weekend and we can grab a coffee.

Perfect, if done in stages you can spend more on individual pieces and slowly work your way up to a really nice system. I have learned my lesson cheaping out to get everything now. My current system was purchased over 4 months or so and it shows.
See ya Friday

So true, if you want cheap sound by cheap equipment. If you don't don't! We get far to many people trying to get a whole system(deck, speakers, subs, amps) for $300 total. Either save up some at a time and part it out(just be sure you have a plan and buy equipment that fits in to it) or sell your body and do it all at once. Once the addiction hits you there is no real cure but more stuff!
