Hey there, anyone know of an antenna booster that can be used in junction with a jvc kd sh-1000 deck... crappy fm reception to begin with. and recently i've notice that when i turn the amp on there's some noise - which makes the reception even worse. (power and av cables are run on opposite sides of car)... any ideas?

 

bad ground on your antenna?

canadian tire has an antenna booster, noise filter etc.

 

it's a roof antenna...not sure i feel comfortable with ripping it out to check out the ground. will have a look at CT for the antenna booster and see what the deal is.
