Yes, but the solution there is exactly what I'm about to do...purchase tires from them and have them installed by my tire guy. Tough to beat the purchasing power of Canadian Tire.

NOTE: They have some awesome prices on Michelin right now.

I'll buy oil from them too, but as you say, not a chance in Hell they will do the oil change. Nobody will except me.

Just before Christmas I purchased a pair of Infinity 6620 and got them installed.

As it turned out, the speakers sounded absolutely horrible in my car. They sounded bad with the original HU and they sounded bad with a new Ecipse 6620.

So this weekend I returned them to the store after two months. Without any problem, they reimbursed me. Well they didn't quite reimbursed me. They only do whithin one month, but they gave me a gift card.

They weren't required by law to do so. So I'm happy and I limited my loss to the original install fee, for which they did do the job.

Here's their policy:
Exchanging or returning products purchased in-store
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, Future Shop will gladly give you a full refund or exchange. Simply return the product within 30 days (14 days for Computers,...)

remember we just carry car audio brands, we dont make them or service them... so if you think f.s. sucks because your product is bad and you bought it from us............... hummm rethink your complaint and dont buy the same product again.. hell there are a lot of companies out there building car audio bidding for your business... we sell good better best at our stores, same as same as visions, same as ect ect ect... when you spend 149 on a jenson flip out screen and do the install yourself in your 82 xj-11 citation, and realize the screen flips out sideways and are now pissed because the salesman sold you the product...... dont bitch at us cause your a moron....

the stuff is allright and are solid but i heard better for the same price range. and alot bigger amps for the same price
