Just shy of 3 for the 2 gauge if memory serves.

Edit: However Ive heard whisperings of AA Electronics selling similar wire for half the price.
Take a very close look at that 2ga and you'll know why it's half the price....

Yeah, I kinda figured, I haven't seen it first hand so I can't comment on the quality xD

DC power cable construction in general is pretty straight forward, there just are not that many variables. The larger the cross section the more current it can carry, the more strands it has the more flexible it is. Copper conducts better and is more expensive, aluminum is less expensive and more flexible. copper and aluminum have corrosion issues in the automotive environment. The cable jacket is not much of a cost driver compared to the cables metal.
no complicated construction, no HF conducting design, no RF or EMI shields it should be reasonably priced...

Its easy to see why CCA audio wire is not as good as welding cable, but forgetting about the cost, would "good" audio wire, ie. the best Stinger,Knuconcepts etc sell, actually be better than standard welding cable? More copper etc?
Has anyone tested welding vs audio cable and published the relevant numbers?

even though aluminum is easier to bend and is ideal for car interiors it doesn't conduct current as well as copper and has a lower melting temp so ***IF*** (very unlikable circumstances) you got an issue with some kind of short you have a higher chance of a fire, that's one main reason they don't allow aluminum wire in homes anymore

a little off topic but a lesson nonetheless ^_^
