okay...whats the differnece between stereo and mono ?

You'll probably get pretty much the same power between 8 ohm bridged and 2 ohm not bridged.

It will be mono either way...trust me, don't run one subwoofer in stereo unless you can match your gains [img]smile.gif[/img]

But you can wire your VC's in parallel and hook it up to one channel of your amp, leaving the other to do nothing. This will be a 2 ohm "stereo" load (stereo is in "" because it really isn't stereo...if you had 2 subs hooked up like that then it would be....)

Or you can wire your VC's in series and bridge your amp for a 8 ohm bridged load.

no, the power is split evenly between the VC's

So if you have 350w total, that is what you are giving the subwoofer. (175w each VC)

 

oh **** ! I dont think thats enough...or is it ? So basically I'm using less than half the power my amp is capable of producing?

well you are right..On teh site it says recommended power is 200-400 watts
