Ok for those who were confused like me here it is in dB

Kicker ZR1000 (2 ohm reactive) - 145.5dB
Crossfire BMF 1000D (½ ohm reactive) - 146.2dB
Earthquake D2 (½ ohm reactive) - 147.8dB
Hardcore Riprock 500d (½ ohm reactive) - 148.3dB
Crossfire 4000d (2 ohm reactive) - 148.5dB
E-Audio 3000d (½ ohm reactive) - 148.9dB

Tests were all performed with a 12v battery, with initial voltage of 13.7v
we'll need to test other impedences (eg:1 ohm)
as a standard to make the comparison more realistic.

We will redo the test with most of the amps, and measuring output power on a reactive and a DC load, at varius impedances to ge tthe most out of the amps. We'll also try to add a D3 in there.

Dale, I'll be bringing a 3000d out on the 20th.
It's the same as the most recent models of EXT 3000d and AB 200.1

We also managed to only blow one of the above amps during testing! Anyone guess which amp? Anyone? Anyone? Dustin? Anyone?
good idea... nice tests

Did you have to roll the volume up on the Riprock's to get them to run at 1/2 ohm?

We rolled up the volume on all the amps for each of the tests. We never tried the riprock without rolled volume.
We also got 150.1 dB off a a pair of 3000d's strapped, and they were throwing around the dd3510's pretty good. I would really like to see what the 3000d does at a 0.175 ohm load like the europeans run them.

Did you figure out the conversion by yourself, or did you have some help?

Is there a picture of the E-audio 3000d? I would like to see the inside of the amp, to compare with my AB 200.1's. Also if someone could email me with some more info on how to get these amps direct that would be great.
