few subwoofer questions

lol, yes IF i had more power i would look into more powerful subs, but i don't, and I know that i can build a system that will be more than enough for me with the amp i have, so im just trying to find the least expensive way to get it sounding good and loud. I still have to get all the wiring for the car, which is going to be another $100 at least, then get some sound deadening Also, more power is going to require me to invest in new battery/alternator/whatnot, and thats not something i want to do either

The RE series from resonant engineering are deffintly great SQ woofers.

Ya the Cerwin's are quite nice and boast nice power handling ability to dollar ratio. CV and JBL two of the longest speaker manufactures in the world have been fav's of mine for years. They seem to have there crap together.

You get what you pay for bro RE's maybe be expensive to some but think of the longterm benefit of it and quality
