Seeing as my frequency is rather low, I believe that as they loosen up it will improve. Your right, every couple days it "seems" go get lower and lower. TF Ones are no joke. They are a tight sub, that requires much break in time.

Unless of course if you've got over 5K then I'm sure its easier. lol

and to answer the original question:
in DB Drag you get shafted... a 10 is a 10 round or square
in IASCA it is strictly sq inches...so a square is called a square and calculates as such...same as regular round subs... the W7 im not sure how they calculate it... maybe they have them classified with their proper cone area also
