Well after a lot of messing around trying to see what I like most, I've decided to compete solely in Bass race. Looks like with a little work I could do 149.9 class next year.

Thanks mang... I've got room back there for 2, so, soon enough. My power is staying up rather well. Even at .5. Not getting hot or anything... I'm impressed with this amp.

Now that I'm not worried about following DB Drag street rules, there will be some changes coming.

Hopefully there will be a few more 149.9 guys for next year.

I'm at .5 now man. Ran it for over 2 hours today. Almost an hour non stop. NO ISSUES. Voltage is dropping to 12.4-.6 from 2 crappy tire batts. The strange rubber mat smell when I first wired it in has stopped too.

 

Paul how many batts do you have? I counted 2

 

Yep, only 2 right now (one front, one rear). I have room for 2 in the back. I also have a 200 amp HO alt, which I'm sure is helping a lot.

 

i still think you need more gain... i dont think you have much voltage going threw the RCAs
