Such a test will only be usefull if you are compairing the results to other amps tested in the same vehicle with the same subs... (still has merit; just not what Id like to see)

I`m not trying to down any products in any way, just wanted to make sure everyone knew Yuli is very helpfull at comps, even to people he has just met.

I'll post up the exact model numbers once I see them and we get it all figured out. His dad is a bit of an electronics whiz so I'm sure they'll be some of the better meters

Every burp we do is always clamped to see if we gained or not. If you maintain power and temp in you vechicle then you know if a gain is made or a loss, if you changed something. We can burp and not even look at the meter now, we know the spl if we know how much is clamped and the temp as well.
Just a little input.

Okay, I've been quite busy... but I'm going to pack up two amps tonight and send them out to Jordy tomorrow. Sorry for the delay but I've had alot going on here so I have not been able to send them yet.
And yes, they will be actual 1500Ds straight from inventory *laughs* I almost can't believe it was suggested that I'd send "fake" amps when internal photographs are available on my company web-site, amp guts, and all over the net! Come on now guys.
Just in case anyone has really good vision... the large filter caps have changed slightly from build to build due to sourcing variances at the manufacturer. It has not changed the performance at all from build to build, though. Some have shorter and fatter caps and some have taller and skinnier caps. The have the same ratings and tolerances -- just so that is clear even before I send out anything in case someone felt like staring at photos incredibly close.
