Does the Audio Control DQX degrade signal quality?

^ I think you misread that dood. I believe he meant try listening to just the tweeties without the processor, then with the processor, and without again to see if you hear any funky stuff when the processor is included. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Exactly dood Dukk

When you take the electonics out of tweeter path solder a good quality 5 mfd cap in series with the tweeter just so you don't blow the tweeter. Also it will give you a some what similar equalization of what the active crossover is doing. If you can't hear a difference your cooking.

I had my own company called Swans Speakers. We built and sold hi-end speakers to an overseas market. I wound up selling the company to a large Chinese company who kept the name. <swanspeakers.com> Now I design for them. Much easier on the head.

I have bumped into Neil at shows but never worked with him.
