K YA'LL I am getting some new speakers tomorrow. They are MB Quart PSC 316 3 ways seps. And a new X/O as well. A Kicker 3XI For now i am going to run The whole set off my JBL 180.2 using the passives that come with them. Where should i put them?? I was thinking of putting the 1" tweet and the 4.5 midrange in kicks and then the 6.5 midbass in the door. Does that sound right?? Later i am going to be running a JBL 80.4 for both pairs of the tweets and 4.5s and the running the 6.5" MB of the 180.2 so i can run a tri amp setup and cross over everything activly? Does that sound right.

When i put the 6.5s in the doors do i want them as close to the kicks as possiable or does it matter? I know i have to deaden the crap out of the doors but i only have about 4sqft of brownbread to do both doors so that is going to have to do. Should i seal off the door and plug any holes and seal the driver to the door effectivly making a small enclosure or should i leave it free-air. Thanks for all your time guys!!

even if you seal off all the wholes in the door it will still be considered free air..
